To place an order online, fill in the sender and recipient details, choose the shipment type and a convenient time for the courier. The form takes 2–3 minutes, and once confirmed the courier will arrive at the address you specified.

Frequently asked questions about ordering

How soon will the courier arrive?

In Tashkent the courier usually arrives the same day, within the time slot you chose. In the regions the timing depends on the branch schedule — the exact time is sent by SMS once the order is confirmed.

How can I pay for the order?

You can pay in cash to the courier, by card at a branch, or online through your personal account. Legal entities can also pay by bank transfer under a contract.

Which items are prohibited?

Explosive and flammable substances, weapons, narcotics, perishable food and live animals cannot be shipped. The full list for international shipments is on the International Mail page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As long as the courier has not set off, you can cancel the order or change the address and time. Contact support on +998 71 200 96 69 to do so.
