Track a Shipment

The tracking number is printed on the receipt issued when your shipment is accepted. It is also sent by SMS and shown in your order list in the personal account. If you ordered from an online store, ask the seller for the number.

The status updates every time the shipment passes a sorting centre or a branch — usually several times a day. If nothing changes for a few hours, the parcel is simply in transit, which is normal.

A newly accepted shipment can take a few hours to appear in the system. Check that the number is entered in full and without spaces. If it still cannot be found, call +998 71 200 96 69.

Within Tashkent shipments are usually delivered in 1 day, and to the regions in 1–3 days. The exact time depends on the destination and the chosen tariff — you can estimate it on the calculator page.

Yes. International shipments sent via EMU Express are tracked here as well. Once the parcel is handed over to a foreign postal service, the status is updated from that country's operator data.
