EMU Express Reviews First-Half 2026 Results

On 25 July 2026, EXPRESS MAIL UNIVERSAL (EMU Express) held a review meeting dedicated to the results of the first half of the year. The event brought together the company's management, heads of structural departments and all regional managers. The meeting opened with a comprehensive analysis of the work carried out between January and June. Detailed reports were presented on shipment volumes, adherence to delivery deadlines, client-base growth, corporate contracts and financial indicators. The performance of every branch and region was reviewed individually, and the working methods of the best-performing units were recommended to other teams as a model to follow. Particular attention was paid to the findings of the inspections carried out at branches and parcel pick-up points (PUDO). Shortcomings identified during the field visits were discussed openly — customer service culture, compliance with brand and corporate identity standards, workplace organisation, documentation practices, and the procedures for receiving and storing shipments. For each issue, deadlines for correction, responsible officers and a follow-up monitoring mechanism were defined. Presentations were also delivered on the development of digital services, improvement of IT systems, the new tariff policy and the expansion of the logistics network, followed by a discussion of proposals put forward by regional managers. The meeting concluded with clear objectives for the second half of the year: bringing service standards at every branch across the country to a single level, increasing delivery speed and reliability, ensuring continuous staff training, and improving customer satisfaction scores. The company's leadership congratulated the teams that achieved the strongest results and thanked the entire EMU Express staff for their dedicated work.
