Training Seminars Across EMU Express Branches: 8 Cities, 9 Seminars, One Goal

From August to October 2026, EMU Express held a series of training seminars for operators and couriers at its branches across Uzbekistan. Staff from Fergana to Urgench gained practical knowledge of customer service standards, order handling and delivery quality. Why training matters EMU Express today operates through 22 branches and more than 221 pickup points, delivering over 200,000 shipments every month. For a customer, the company is the operator who accepts their parcel and the courier who brings it to their door. That is why service quality must be equally high in Tashkent, Termez and Urgench alike. The seminars were organized with exactly this purpose: to introduce a single working standard across all branches, prevent common mistakes, and help employees share their experience with one another. Seminar program Each seminar covered the following topics: Customer communication and service standards. Welcoming customers, giving clear and courteous answers, and handling conversations with dissatisfied customers the right way. Common mistakes when accepting and processing orders. Entering addresses and recipient details correctly, weighing and measuring shipments, and avoiding frequent paperwork errors. Delivery quality and meeting deadlines. Keeping shipments intact, delivering on time and keeping customers informed. Cleanliness and order at pickup points and offices. The place a customer walks into is the face of the company: tidiness, order and proper storage of shipments. Employee performance evaluation (KPI) system. Which indicators are used to assess performance and how each employee can improve their results. Brand touchpoints. Where customers meet EMU Express — from the website to a conversation with a courier — and what impression we should leave at every point. How the seminars were held The sessions were run as live conversations rather than lectures. Theory was supported by practical examples, and every employee received specific guidance for their role, whether operator or courier. Questions were discussed openly, and at some seminars the new knowledge was reinforced with an interactive quiz. Fergana — 16 August The series kicked off at the Fergana branch. The session opened with a presentation of the training program prepared specifically for staff, setting out the key themes of the entire series. Fergana, 16 August 2026 Namangan — 23 August A week later it was the Namangan branch's turn. Operators and couriers discussed situations they face in their daily work and together worked through the right ways to resolve them. Namangan, 23 August 2026 Andijan — 6 September The seminar at the Andijan branch paid special attention to customer communication and order processing. Employees shared examples from their own experience and got answers to their questions. Andijan, 6 September 2026 Tashkent — 13 and 20 September Two seminars were held for the region with the largest number of employees, bringing together operators and couriers from the branches of Tashkent city, Tashkent region and Syrdarya. At the end of the session, staff tested their knowledge of the company and its working standards in an interactive quiz. Tashkent, 13 September 2026 Termez — 27 September The seminar for staff in the Surkhandarya region took place in Termez. Meeting delivery deadlines and keeping shipments intact were discussed in detail. Termez, 27 September 2026 Karshi — 11 October The seminar at the Karshi branch explored brand touchpoints in depth: where customers encounter the company and what impression an employee should leave at every encounter. Karshi, 11 October 2026 Bukhara — 18 October The seminar for the Bukhara branch also combined live discussion with an interactive quiz. Participants answered questions on their phones, reinforcing what they had learned in a friendly competition. Bukhara, 18 October 2026 Urgench — 25 October The most recent stage of the series took place in the Khorezm region, in Urgench. Questions about service standards and the KPI system were answered in detail. Whichever city you are in, EMU Express service should be equally reliable. Learning continues These seminars are not a one-off event. They will be held regularly at all our branches, and the program will keep evolving based on feedback from employees and customers.
